Creator Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before applying to or participating in the Vasant Vastra Creator Program. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined below.

1. Program Scope & Registration

This affiliate program is operated by SA Clothing. It is currently available to creators residing in India with valid +91 phone numbers and active local bank accounts. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion based on brand alignment.

2. Commission Structure & Exclusions

Commission rates are assigned by our admin team on a per-creator basis. All new approved creators start at a default rate of 5.00%, which may be increased up to a maximum of 20.00% based on content quality, performance, and audience engagement. Commission calculations are strictly subject to the following rules:

• Commissions are calculated solely on the net product subtotal (after deducting coupon discounts and promotional price reductions).
• Shipping charges, handling fees, and GST taxes are completely excluded from the eligible commission calculation.
• Self-referral orders (purchases made by creators using their own referral links or coupon codes) are strictly forbidden and will not qualify for commission payouts.

3. Referral Attribution & Cookie Expiry

Attribution is tracked via first-party cookies with a 30-day lifecycle. If a customer clicks your link and completes a checkout purchase within 30 days, the commission will be credited to your ledger, provided they haven't cleared cookies or used another creator's link subsequently (last-click attribution model).

4. Payout Schedules & Adjustments

Commissions are paid on the 10th of every month. The monthly cycle works as follows:

• Reversal Policy: Commission for any order that is returned, cancelled, or refunded during our standard 3-day customer return window is automatically debited from the creator's ledger.
• Zero Threshold: There is no minimum threshold requirement for payouts. Whatever confirmed balance remains in your ledger at the end of the monthly run will be disbursed in full.
• Payout Methods: Payouts are transferred via IMPS/NEFT bank transfer or UPI according to the billing details submitted in your creator dashboard.

5. Indemnification & Termination

We reserves the right to terminate your partner account and void all pending ledger balances immediately in cases of fraudulent activities, keyword PPC violations, coupon aggregator submission, or brand reputation damage.
