1. Shipping Options & Locations
At Vasant Vastra, we partner with premium domestic and international logistics providers (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and DHL) to ship our hand-woven luxury ethnic wear safely to your doorstep.
We offer delivery service across all major states and Union Territories in India, as well as select international locations worldwide.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Every Vasant Vastra product goes through a detailed quality-checking and packaging process at our center in Bolpur, West Bengal:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are verified, packaged, and dispatched from our facility within 2 to 3 business days of payment verification.
- Order Dispatches: Dispatches do not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination address. Below is our standard fee structure:

Note: Orders containing multiple sarees or heavy items are calculated per total packaging weight in kilograms.
4. Domestic & International Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our Bolpur center, the estimated delivery transit timelines are:
- Local Deliveries (West Bengal): 2 to 4 business days.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Other States & Non-Metros): 5 to 7 business days.
- International Deliveries: 7 to 15 business days (subject to customs clearance processes).
5. Tracking and Notifications
We believe in keeping you updated at every step of the journey:
- As soon as your package is dispatched, we send an automated confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier link via Email and WhatsApp.
- You can also monitor the delivery status of your purchase by visiting your Order Dashboard.
6. Delivery Exceptions & Address Changes
Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your checkout.
- Address Modifications: Once an order is processed or handed over to our shipping carriers, we cannot change the delivery address.
- Unclaimed/Undelivered Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to non-availability of the recipient, wrong contact number, or incorrect address, return shipping costs and re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
