Welcome to the Vasant Vastra Creator Club. As an ambassador of our brand, your content represents our artisanal values, handloom heritage, and luxury boutique experience. Please review and adhere to these guidelines when promoting Vasant Vastra collections.
1. Visual & Aesthetic Standards
Vasant Vastra is dedicated to luxurious Indian ethnic wear. All promotional media (Instagram Reels, YouTube reviews, Pinterest boards, and blog posts) should match our premium values:
- Ensure high-definition, well-lit videography and photography highlighting the intricate handloom print detail, drape quality, and texture.
- Maintain respectful portrayal of traditional heritage patterns, weavers, and craftsmanship.
- Avoid blurry, low-resolution, or cluttered settings that distract from the garment's elegance.
2. Promotional Rules & Prohibited Behaviors
To preserve search equity and fair partner attribution, creators must adhere to the following restrictions:
- No Search Engine Ads: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand keywords (e.g., "Vasant Vastra", "Vasant Vastra Coupon", "Vasant Vastra Saree") in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engine networks.
- No Misleading Discount Offers: Do not post fake or expired discounts to drive referral clicks. Only promote official deals listed in your creator portal or shared directly by your manager.
- No Coupon Site Submissions: Your custom referral coupon code must not be uploaded to public coupon aggregator websites (e.g., GrabOn, CouponDunia). Doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Transparency & Disclosures
In accordance with consumer protection guidelines and advertising laws, creators must disclose their commercial relationship with Vasant Vastra:
Always include clear disclosures such as #ad, #sponsored, #affiliate, or "I earn commission on purchases made via this link" next to your referral URLs.
4. Violation Consequences
We review referral traffic, order conversions, and promotional channels daily. Failure to comply with these guidelines will lead to a formal review, withholding of pending commissions, or permanent suspension of your partner account.
