Creator Program FAQ
Who is eligible to apply for the program?
The program is open to fashion influencers, bloggers, stylists, and digital content creators who reside in India, hold a +91 mobile number, and run active social handles (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or Pinterest). We evaluate all applications manually based on content quality and visual alignment.
How does link attribution and tracking work?
When you generate custom product links inside your dashboard and share them, a 30-day tracking cookie is placed in your audience's browser. If they complete a purchase on our website within 30 days, the commission is automatically logged in your affiliate account under a "Tracked" status.
How are referral commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net product value, excluding shipping, GST, and coupon discounts. Each creator is assigned a commission rate by our admin team — starting at 5% by default and adjustable up to a maximum of 20% based on your performance and content quality.
Is there a minimum payout threshold limit?
No, we have zero payout threshold limits! Even if you have earned only ₹10, you will get the full amount transferred to your account during our monthly payout cycle on the 10th of the following month.
When do my earnings shift from pending to confirmed?
When an order is placed, the status is set to "Pending." To account for returns and cancellations, commissions are finalized and moved to "Confirmed" status 3 days after the order is successfully delivered to the customer (once the return policy closes).
What payout methods are supported?
We support direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfers and UPI transfers. You can update your banking details and UPI handles securely at any time inside the Payment Settings tab of your creator dashboard.
