When you apply for or participate in the Vasant Vastra Creator Program, we collect details necessary to evaluate your application, track affiliate performance, and issue payouts. This includes:

• Personal Identity: Full name, date of birth, postal address, email address, and WhatsApp/mobile phone number.
• Social Portfolios: Social media usernames, profile links, niche categories, and follower counts across platform handles.
• Financial Credentials: Bank account numbers, IFSC codes, UPI IDs, bank names, and account holder names.
• Attribution Data: Anonymized referral clicks, timestamps, landing page URLs, device types, and UTM source metrics.

2. Data Security & Encryption

Your privacy is protected by multiple layers of security. All sensitive financial records, including bank account numbers, and IFSC codes, are encrypted before storage in our databases. Access to this data is restricted to authorized financial personnel for processing monthly payouts.

3. Customer Privacy Protection

In accordance with consumer privacy laws, all customer-identifying information for orders placed via your referral links is fully anonymized. Your dashboard displays order IDs, subtotals, and commissions earned, but customer names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses are kept strictly confidential.

4. Cookies and First-Party Tracking

We use first-party tracking cookies to ensure accurate referral commissions. These cookies store your unique creator code on the user's browser for 30 days. These cookies do not collect personal browsing histories or private customer data beyond the storefront order transactions.
